Ingredients

    1.2 pounds 93% Lean Ground Beef
    3 cloves Garlic
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 cup Birds Eye Pepper Stir Fry green/red/yellow pepper/onions
    .5 cup, chopped Swiss Chard, stems onlhy
    1 Tbs Mrs. Dash® Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend or more if you like more of a kick

Directions

Dice onions, mince garlic, and lightly chop the frozen stir fry vegetables. Add the meat and vegetables to a suitable fry pan. Cook on medium heat, separating the ground beef into suitable size. Add the seasoning to the pan when the moisture in the pan is about half gone. Continue cooking until the meat is cooked through and most of the moisture has been steamed off.
