Ingredients

    1 cooked chicken breast, no skin
    1/4 cup celery
    1/4 cup onion
    1/4 cup sweet bell pepper
    2 TBS. Kraft Miracle Whip

Directions

Place first four ingredients in food processor and chop until well blended. Remove from processor, and add the Miracle Whip. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Makes four 1/2 cup servings.

    Incredible!
    Great taste and not alot of calories. I teamed it up with lettuce on Nickles light wheat 35 calories bread for a wonderful light lunch. - 7/13/08
