Ingredients

    6 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry
    1.25 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    4 tsp Baking Powder
    2 tsp Salt
    0.75 cup Ocean Spray Reduced Sugar Craisins
    0.5 cup, slivered Almonds

    2 cup Soy Milk or coconut milk or cow's milk
    1 cup melted Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    0.5 cup Maple Syrup
    4 tsp Vanilla Extract
    5 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9" baking dish
2. Mix all wet ingredients in one bowl. Mix all dry ingredients in another. Then combine.
3. Bake until browned & bubbling. About 40 mins.
