Ingredients

    2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook Turkey, young hen, breast, meat and skin, raw
    5 oz Carrot chips(raw carrots cut in medallions with crinkles, not actual chips)
    1 oz Celery Flakes (by MELANIELOGAN74)
    2 tbsp Butter, salted
    3 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Low Sodium Chicken Broth, 1 cup
    90 gram(s) Mahatma Extra Long Grain Enriched White Rice, 45g/.25 cup raw uncooked, .75 cup cooked
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    1 tbsp Poultry seasoning
    1 can of cream of chicken, low sodium soup

Tips

May want fresh fruit salad to go with the Turkey & Rice Dish


Directions

In a pre-sprayed crockpot
Add Broth, and carrot into the bottom of pot.
Add butter, celery, and seasoning to the pot.
Add cream of chicken soup, and 3 cans of tap water.
Turn crockpot on low for 4 hours, after 4 hours add rice, and cook for another hour.
Then let set with heat turn off, until rice absorbs the liquid.
