    * Ground bison (buffalo), 1 pound
    * Canned Tomatoes, 1 can
    * Pimentos, 4 tbsp
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped
    * Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    * Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    * Salt, 1 to 2 tbsp
    * *Macaroni, enriched, 1 cup elbow shaped (remove)


Saute onion, garlic, green pepper in pan.

Brown ground bison.

Add canned tomatoes, tomato sauce, chili powder (to taste) and salt (to taste). Add macaroni.

Cook for about 10 minutes.
