Ingredients

    1.5 cup Vidalia onion, finely chopped (by TASHINHA)
    1 serving Celery 1 cup chopped or 3 stalks (by TYPINGIT)
    .75 cup Carrot - raw, chopped (by PIANOGRRRL)
    1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 cup Milk, 1%
    3 cup Kitchen Basic Vegetable Stock (by IAMDIOSA)
    1.5 tsp Dill weed, dried
    1 tsp Pepper, black
    0.5 tsp McCormick Old Bay Seasoning (by KATANMOL)
    1 tbsp Basil
    2 tbsp Parsley, dried
    2 tsp SPICE WORLD GARLIC MINCED IN OLIVE OIL (by BLAZEGRANT)
    .25 cup Jasmine Rice - white
    12 oz Salmon Filet, Wild Caught(Sea Queen)Aldi
    16 tbsp Cream Cheese, Philadelphia Reduced Fat- 1/3 less fat) 31g
    1 tsp Turmeric, ground

Directions

Combine all vegetables, milk, stock, spices & rice in Slow Cooker. Heat on high for 3-4 hours. Meanwhile partially thaw the salmon before chopping in to bite-sized pieces. Cube the cold cream cheese. After the vegetables have cooked for 3-4 hours stir in the salmon & cream cheese and cook for a further 2 hours on high until fish is cooked through & cream cheese is incorporated throughout the chowder.
