Spicy dairy free dressing. Spicy dairy free dressing.

    4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    .5 cup fresh cilantro leaves (coriander)
    Juice from 1 lemon
    1 clove Garlic
    .25 tsp Cumin (ground)
    .125 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    .25 tsp Salt
    .5 cup water


Combine all ingredients in blender.
(Adjust water to desired consistency.)
You may wish to add the salt last so that you can adjust to taste.

Serving Size: Makes approx. 8 2-tablespoon servings.
