Ingredients

    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 serving Garlic - minced (1 tsp) (by ELLERCADE)
    4 cup Spinich, Fresh Express
    16 oz Jennie-O Turkey Store - Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast with Natural Flavorings
    4 oz Cheese, Feta, Fat Free, President
    4 tbsp Break Free 100% Liquid Egg Whites Kroger
    1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. each salt and black pepper

Tips

Serve with a cucumber salad with a yogurt/dill sauce. YUM


Directions

1. Bring a large skillet sprayed with nonstick spray to medium-high heat. Cook and stir onion and garlic until softened, about 4 minutes.
2. Add spinach to the skillet with onion and garlic. Cook and stir until spinach has wilted and excess moisture has evaporated, 3 to 5 minutes.
3. Transfer veggies to a large bowl and pat dry. Add all remaining ingredients and thoroughly mix.
4. Evenly form into 4 patties.
5. Bring skillet, sprayed with nonstick spray, to medium-high heat. Cook patties for 5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Serving Size: makes 4 patties
