    1 tbsp coconut flour
    2 tbsp Flax Seed Meal
    3 tbsp Liquid Egg White (3 Tbsp=1 large egg's white)
    1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1 dash Salt
    1/2 tsp Ceylon Cinnamon
    1 tbsp Pyure Organic Stevia

Directions
