Ingredients

    1.0 dash Pepper, black
    1.0 tsp Salt
    2.0 tbsp, drained Capers, canned
    1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice
    3.0 cup, chopped Swiss Chard
    8.0 clove Garlic
    0.33 cup 365 Organic Quinoa
    2.0 serving Great Value Pimmento Stuffed Green Olives (1 serving = 5 olives)
    0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
    2.0 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter vegan
    1.0 serving Cheese, Dairy-Free, Daiya, Mozzerella Style

Directions

Cut leaves off of stems and slice stems into thin strips. In a non stick pan sautee stems about 5 to 7 minutes. Add olives, capers and garlic and cook for about a minute then add leaves (cut into about 2 inch pieces) cook until wilted. Add quinoa, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, pepper and butter. Cook a few more minutes and sprinkle with vegan mozzerlla. Serving Size: About 1 cup... 3 servings.
