Ingredients

    6-oz Dannon Light Vanilla Nonfat yogurt
    2 Tbsp Strawberry-Rhubarb Spread
    1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
    pinch of nutmeg

Directions

Mix yogurt and strawberry-rhubarb spread (or other fruit jam or spread). Stir in cinnamon and nutmet. To serve, spear fruit with toothpicks i.e. strawberries, grapes, melon and dip into your yogurt fruit dip. Serves 4.
