    4 large chicken breasts
    1 package dry italian dressing mix
    1/2 c milk
    3/4c fat free cottage cheese
    1T corn stach


Sprinkle italian dressing over top and bottom of breasts, and arrange in bottom of crock pot. Cook on low for 3-4 hours, then add remaining ingredients and cook until heated, thickened, and bubbling, about 1hr. Serve over rice or pasta.
