Crock pot dish. Mostly keto, exc tiny amt of sugar. Add cream cheese and/or sour cream to thicken. Eat as is, or serve over noodles (spiral noodles if keto/low-carb). Crock pot dish. Ingredients

    3 lb Beef, round steak
    .33 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste
    1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2 clove Garlic
    .33 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1.5 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
    2 tsp Bouillon, Beef Base, Better Than Bouillon (by MZTRACY)
    3 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh

Directions

Put all ingredients in crock pot except mushrooms. Cook on low 6 hours. Add mushrooms and cook another hour. Add sour cream or cream cheese to taste when serving (not included in ingredient list, bc amount will vary).

Serving Size: Makes 6 1 cup servings.
