    8 serving Pillsbury Just Unroll Pie Crusts, 9inch, 1/8th (27g) of one crust (by PEEKPOKE)
    95 gram(s) Egg Whites, Simply Egg Whites (2 eggs)
    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .667 1/2 cup Price's Cottage Cheese
    4 oz Boar's Head - Ham (Lower Sodium)
    1 serving Cheese - Colby Longhorn (by NULLPOINTER)
    0.25 cup Cheese, Kroger Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese Shredded
    0.25 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend

Tips

Make sure Quiche is well cooked in the oven


Directions

set oven to 350 degrees, prepare glass pie pan, and place the pie crust in the pan.
In a bowl mix all ingredients together except the shredded cheddar cheese, making sure blended well together.
Bowl egg mixture into the pie pan. Then sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.
Place Quiche in the middle of the oven rack to cook.
