Introduction

Au Gratin without the bread! Au Gratin without the bread!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cup Squash - Yellow and Zucchini, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    1 clove Garlic, minced
    4 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
    3/4 cup Cheese, Shredded, Kraft Sharp Cheddar
    1/4 cup, fluid Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 Egg, beaten
    1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Original Blend
    1 dash Salt
    1 dash Pepper, black

Directions

Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Boil squash in water until tender. Drain well. Add onions, garlic, butter, 1/2 cup of the cheese, cream, egg, and seasonings. Mix well and pour into a casserole or baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 cup of cheese over the top. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
