    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    4 serving Black Olives - Sliced (2 Tbsp.)
    12 gram(s) Star - Imported Nonpareil Capers (Serving Size = 1 Tsp./20 Capers)
    3.5 serving Diced Tomato - Kroger Plain (by DARCIE7609)
    4 cup, sliced Zucchini
    3 T minced garlic
    Italian seasoning
    Red Pepper Flakes
    black pepper
    1 serving EVVO Bertolli (1 T) (by STAR7LIGHT)
    3 anchovy Anchovy (anchovies)


spray skillet with cooking spray and brown turkey seasoned with Italian seasoning
add garlic and EVVO, stir and add drained tomatos, capers, and black olives. Cook for 3 minutes add anchovy and red pepper flakes and black pepper to taste.
