    *Barilla Plus Penne, 8 oz
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 head, medium (5-6" dia)
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Rosemary, 3 tbsp (remove)
    *Extra Light Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    *Kraft Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese (grated), 3/4 cup
    Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz)


Cook pasta according to directions - reserve 2 ladels of pasta water.

Cook garlic & onion in olive oil for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup chicken stock, cauliflower and chopped rosemary and cook for 15 minutes or until cauliflower is tender.

Add pasta water and mash cauliflower mixture. You MAY want to use a food processor for a more creamy texture. Add cheese and pasta to toss.
