    6 Chicken Breast
    6 slices Swiss Cheese
    6 Slices Ham
    1 C Fresh Mushrooms
    1 C Flour
    2 T Black Pepper
    4 T Season Salt
    2 C Chicken Broth
Oil (just enough to cover bottom of the pan)

Preheat oven to 350. Pound Chicken Breast so it is flat but make sure you don't pound holes in it. Take on Slice of Ham and a Slice of Swiss Cheese and roll into the chicken breast. You can use string to tie it together or Toothpick work to. Put Flour, Pepper and Salt in dish and mix together. Start heating your oil, while your oil is heating roll your chicken in the flour mixture place in pan just long enough to brown then place in a baking dish. Once you have brown all the chicken take some of the flour mixture into the pan (About 2 Tablespoons) you will use this for your gravy once all the oil is soaked into the flour let it brown then slowly add your Chicken broth (Works great with White Wine just make sure you add water to) Make the gravy just a little water since you will be adding your mushrooms to it. Once you have added the mushrooms pour the gravy over the Chicken and bake at 350 for about 30 minutes.
