Introduction

frozen veggies, and roasted Chicken Breast frozen veggies, and roasted Chicken Breast

Ingredients

    1 serving Pillsbury Pie Crust (1 crust) (by CINDYKC2000)
    6 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    .66 cup Mixed Veggies *Frozen* (O Organics) *2/3 cup* (by AKHOCKEYCHIC)
    2 tbsp Knudsen Light Sour Cream
    .5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap

Tips

I use chicken that has been pre-roasted, and steamer veggies, sour cream instead of butter.


Directions

Use 8 inch pie crust, sprayed with Canola Spray
Cut up roasted Chicken Breast (pre-cooked) 6 oz
place bite size chicken pieces into pie pan, with water
add mixed veggies, and sour cream spread evenly.
Top with Pie Crust
Bake in 375 degree oven

Serving Size: 1 - 1/4 pie serving
