    1 cup 1% milk, soy milk or any juice
    1/4 cup oatmeal, old fashioned or regular
    1 Nectarine, peach, cup of strawberries or
    pineapple, any fruit.
    1-2 cups ice cubes
    1 packet Stevia (opt)
    1 t. vanilla (opt)


Blend milk/juice with oatmeal till smooth. Add rest of ingredients to blender and mix well.
