Ingredients

    1/4 cup butter, unsalted or oil (coconut or avocado)
    1 cup water or broth
    1/8 cup oat flour
    6 fl oz cooking wine
    1 dash salt
    1 dash pepper, black
    1 cup mushrooms, sliced or chopped
    1 cup onion, sliced or chopped

Directions

Saute onion in dry non-stick pan until they start to brown. Add mushrooms. Saute until cooked through. Set aside in a bowl.

In the same non-stick pan, boil water and butter. Whisk in flour breaking clumps until thickening begins. Add wine, salt and pepper stirring until thickened. Add mushrooms and onion. Keep stirring until desired consistency achieved.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings
