This is very low calorie, easy, and fairly fast. This is very low calorie, easy, and fairly fast.
Number of Servings: 3


    1 medium Spaghetti Squash (boiled and pulled from shell)
    3 slices of cooked bacon
    1/2 of a medium onion
    2 cloves of garlic
    1TBSP of olive oil


While your boiling your spaghetti squash:
Fry bacon
Chop onion
Dice garlic
Slice Mushrooms

Once your squash is done and pulled from its shell:
Fry bacon, mushrooms, oil, onion, garlic in a frying pan
Add squash to frying pan and stir/fry for about 10 mins.
