Crockpot Thai Chicken Crockpot Thai Chicken

    2 Tbsp Lawry's Thai Ginger Marinade
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 cup sliced red pepper
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup green beans (snap)

    1 cup brown rice


Coat raw chicken breasts with Thai Ginger marinade.
Place in bottom of crock pot.
Add peppers, onion & green beans over top.
Cover and cook on High for 1 hour; switch to Low for 4 more hours.

Cook brown rice on stove.

Serve chicken with veggies over brown rice.
Makes 4 servings.
