    2 lbs wide egg noodles
    2 lbs turkey smoked sausage
    3 medium green peppers, chopped
    3 medium onions, chopped
    12 oz mushrooms, sliced
    4 cans (12oz each) evaporated skim milk
    1 cup reduced fat parmesan cheese


Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain.
Meanwhile, saute sausage, peppers, mushroom and onins in a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray.
In a medium non-stick sauce pan, heat milk to scalding, being careful not to let it burn. Using a whisk, add cheese to milk and continue to stir until thickened.
Drain excess liquid from the sausage mixture. Combine all ingredients in a large pot, stiring to coat thoroughly with the alfredo sauce.
Add spices to taste.
