Introduction

This chicken tastes wonderful. It is grilled chicken that is dashed with some lemon pepper with warm melted cheese on top. This dish goes wonderful with rice, any type of pasta, as well as steamed veggies. This chicken tastes wonderful. Ingredients

    4 chicken breast, no skin

    lemon pepper

    sliced cheese- it can be chedder, montoray jack, colby jack... whatever you prefer.

Directions

Season each sides of raw chicken breast. Then warm some oil in a pan and cook chicken. When chicken is completely cooked, add the sliced cheese on top of the chicken and let melt. This chicken can be served over rice with steamed veggies or it can be served with chicken flavored Pasta Roni with some sweet peas. This meal is very delicious with lots of protein. This will make 4 servings.
