Ingredients

    16.0 oz Jennie-O Turkey Store - Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast with Natural Flavorings
    4.0 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    1.5 cup Beans, black
    1.5 cup Beans, red kidney
    1.5 cup Beans, pinto
    1.0 cup Beef broth, bouillon, consomme
    1.5 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    2.5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers
    2.0 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    4.0 clove Garlic
    1.0 cup Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned
    3.0 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Saute onion, add jalapenos, garlic, spices meat and brown. Add green peppers, tomatoes and simmer 45 minutes covered, 45 minutes uncovered
