Ingredients

    16 oz Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean
    0.125 cup Breadcrumbs - Ian's Whole Wheat Panko (by KNDJP21)
    .125 cup Milk, 1%
    .5 tsp Chili powder
    .33 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin (by CHGOMOMMA)
    0.5 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
    0.25 tsp Pepper, black
    .25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    2 tbsp Best Food Canola Mayonnaise (by 2BLEAN_N_FIT_AZ)
    4 slice, medium (1/4" thick) Red Ripe Tomatoes
    12 leaf, medium Iceberg Lettuce (salad)
    7 oz Green Chile Peppers, Diced (by ERMOTH)
    0.8 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice)

Directions

Soak panko crumbs in milk for a few add to mixture ground turkey, 1/4 tsp chili powder, salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper and diced green chiles mix to combine.
Form into 4 patties and cook on outdoor grill or frying pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Combine Mayo and 1/2 tsp chili powder

Serve over 2 lettuce leaves , burger, mayo mixture, onion , tomato and 2 more slices of lettuce

Serving Size: 1 burger served with 1 1/2 tsp mayo mixture, 4 lettuce leaves, slice tomato and slice onion
