Introduction

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cups flour (I use gluten free flour)
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp ground allspice
    1/4 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup ripe bananas mashed
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1/2 cup Mott's Natural Apple Sauce
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, allspice and cinnamon. In medium bowl, whisk together bananas, sugar, apple sauce, egg, oil and vanilla. Stir apple sauce mixture into flour mixture just until moistened. Spread batter into loaf pan. Bake 60 min or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Invert on wire rack; turn fight side up. Cool completely. Cut into 16 slices.
