    1.5 cups lowfat (1%) cottage cheese
    1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/3 cup chopped walnuts
    1/3 cup raisins
    1/3 cup canned crushed pineapple, drained


Place the cottage cheese and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth. Scrape mixture out of the blender and into bowl. Stir in walnuts, raisins, and pineapple. Makes five 1/2 cup servings.
