Introduction

Best chicken salad I've ever had. Original version includes sliced almonds & halved red grapes. Best chicken salad I've ever had. Original version includes sliced almonds & halved red grapes.

Ingredients

    12.5 oz Chicken, Canned Valley Fresh Chicken Breast in water
    4.0 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
    1.0 cup, diced Celery, raw
    1.0 tbsp Curry powder
    4.0 fl oz Lemon Juice
    Pinch of kosher salt

Directions

Drain chicken breast and seperate/shred. Squeeze juice of one lemon over chicken, add chopped celery, & mix. Add mayo, indian curry powder, and kosher salt to taste. Blend & enjoy immediately. Refrigerate for deeper flavor.
