    1 serving Pillsbury Pie Crust (1 crust) (by CINDYKC2000)
    0.25 cup Egg whites, Naturegg Simply Egg Whites, 1/4 cup = 2 egg whites
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    4 serving Jennie-O Turkey Bacon
    0.5 cup Cheese, Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar
    0.25 cup cottage cheese, reduced fat (by MJFROSTY)


Make sure quiche is cooked well. Do not want to eat raw eggs.


Cook 4 strips of Bacon in Microwave,crumble into bite size pieces.
Roll out pie crust place in no sprayed pie pan (9")
In a medium bowl, mix 2 large eggs, 2 egg whites, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese and bacon crumbles.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Place quiche in middle of rack of oven cook at 350, for 35 minutes.

Serving Size: 1 - 1/8 of a pie
