Ingredients

9 Banquet brown and serve sausage links, chopped
4 serving Butterball Turkey Bacon (1 slice) , cooked and chopped
8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
2 tbsp Butter, salted
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
16 oz Kroger Colby & Monteray Jack Cheese
.5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
.5 tsp Konjac Glucomannan Powder (by CARVERWAITS)
.25 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whip Heavy Whipping Cream
.25 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Tips
Great to make on Sundays and have breakfast all week.
TO make this easier--next time you cook bacon put a few pieces to the side for this dish.
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*
In a large bowl scramble the eggs, then add in sausage, bacon, pepper, and 1C of cheese.
Next melt butter in a small sauce pan, then add 1TBSP onion powder, stir well, then slowly add broth. Next whisk in Konjac root until thickened.
Add the cream and water, continue whisking--add salt and pepper to taste.
Now stir the sauce into the egg mixture.
Coat a 9x13 pan with cooking spray, and pour egg mixture into pan/ top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Serving Size: 8 pieces, divide a 9x13 dish in half , then cut each half into 4 pieces
