Ingredients

    3 cup Brown Rice, Short Grain (by CALBIRDER)
    5.5 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
    4 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables, No Name (peas,carrots,corn,green beans,lima beans) (by CARMELAMANDY)
    9 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    4 tsp Better than Bouillon Vegetable Base (by BEATRICEBUNNY)
    4 tsp Trader Joe's 21 Seasoning Salute (by WINKATYOU)

Tips

Add all the spices you want. I use in addition to a no salt seasoning: bay leaves, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper. But add whatever seasoning you like


Directions

Put everything in IP and delve valve to sealing. Cook on manual for 27 minutes and natural release for at least 10 minutes then quick release
