Ingredients

    5 whiting filets, thawed
    2 cloves garlic
    4 tbsp rosemary (about 4 sprigs)
    1 lime, cut in half, squeezed and placed in pan
    1/2 orange squeezed
    4 tbsp chopped shallot (about 1 total)
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1.5 fillets per person, could make it more or less
Put fish on bottom of glass pan, add rest of ingredients
Place in oven at 350, start with 20 minutes or until fish is flaky
