Ingredients

    6 oz Cream Cheese
    6 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.5 tsp caramel Extract
    4 tsp Pyure Organic Stevia Blend Sweetner - adjusted carbs for erythritol (by BERIEDER)
    .5 tsp Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (Evolution Salt Co) (by TAMMAGDALENO)
    6 tbsp Butter, unsalted

Tips

they melt fairly fast, so don't let them sit out too long.


Directions

* soften cream cheese and butter in microwave until soft (45 seconds) then combine well in a food processor or blender
*next add in the extracts and cream, and blend well again
*finally add in the Pyure and salt, process for 2 minutes.

**mixture will be thick, place TBSP full on a parchment lined cookie sheet, or pour into lined mini muffin tin, and freeze in freezer for 1 hour.

store in freezer.
