    16 tbsp Let's Do Organic Unsweetend Coconut Flakes (by MIKEMYERS3)
    2 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
    4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT)
    4 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    .25 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    8 tsp Pyure Organic Stevia Blend Sweetner - adjusted carbs for erythritol (by BERIEDER)
    1 tsp maple extract (by CHRYSTEL)

Tips

feel free to experiment with different flavor combos, and I like to add a little fruit to it--make sure to count the extra calories.

Great reheated--put in individual serving bowls and simple reheat for breakfast all week.


Directions

*Using sauté setting, toast coconut until golden being careful not to burn.
*Stir in coconut milk and water.
* Cover. Set on high pressure with timer set to 0 (zero).
* When time is up, do a quick pressure release. Open lid and stir in the remaining ingredients.
