Brown rice (1 cup cooked)
Amaranth Grain (1 cup cooked)
Tips
Place a small amount (1/8 c.) of cooked grains in Mason jars; refrigerator overnight. In morning, add fruit or veggies (or personal favorites). Warm before serving, if desired. YUM!
Directions
Cook 1/2 c. dry amaranth in 1/12 c boiling water until done (about 20 mins simmer + 5 mins rest time); mix in cooked rice.
