My 2 oz meatballs w/o sauce My 2 oz meatballs w/o sauce
Number of Servings: 28

Ingredients

    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1.0 tbsp Parsley, dried
    2.0 dash Pepper, black
    2.0 dash Salt
    2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    32.0 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
    2.0 cup Giant eagle market district bread crumbs Italian seasoned

Directions

Mix ingredients together, place bowl on a food scale. Weigh out meatballs at 2 oz each and place them in a large baking dish. I use my heavy glass lasagna pan. Bake at 350 for 22 to 25 mins. Add your favorite sauce and enjoy on a plate of pasta or as a sandwich!! Serving Size: Makes 28 2oz meatballs (precooked weight)
