Introduction

My 2 oz meatballs w/o sauce My 2 oz meatballs w/o sauce
Number of Servings: 28

Ingredients

    32.0 oz 93% Lean Ground Beef
    2.0 cup Giant eagle market district bread crumbs Italian seasoned
    1.0 tbsp Parsley, dried
    4.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    2.0 dash Salt
    2.0 dash Pepper, black

Directions

Mix ingredients together, place bowl on a food scale. Weigh out meatballs at 2 oz each and place them in a large baking dish. I use my heavy glass lasagna pan. Bake at 350 for 22 to 25 mins. Add your favorite sauce and enjoy on a plate of pasta or as a sandwich!!
