Introduction

Very feeling and believe it or not it is very tasty.
I have one every morning for breakfast.

Ingredients

    1cup 2% Milk (fat free if desired)
    2 slices of small peach
    1 strawberry
    2 slices green apple
    15 raisins (soaked over night)
    3 almonds(soaked over night
    1 Tbls dry oatmeal

Directions

Put all the ingridients in the blender with Ice, blend and enjoy! Makes 1 serving.
Note: I make small packs of all the ingredients and keep in the freezer that way I just have to put it in the blender. Remember to soak the raisins and almonds otherwise they wont blend.
