Introduction
I used to make this with ground beef, but I have changed it up some to make it less fating. I also use ground venison (deer) instead of turkey sometimes. Ingredients

1/2 lb of lean ground beef
1 lb of ground turkey
8 slices of bacon cooked and drained of grease.
1 whole sweet onion chopped
3 cloves of garlic minced
1 tsp black pepper
8 oz reduce fat sour cream
8 oz mozzarella cheese shredded
1 16oz jar of ragu light ( or any other brand that is light)
1/2 cup of water
9 cooked lasagna noodles
Directions
In a large skillet add onions, garlic,black pepper, ground beef, turkey and brown til no longer pink. Drain mixture. Add sauce, crumbled bacon, 1/2 cup of water. Simmer for 15 mins.
In a 9x12 casserole dish place thin layer of meat, then several tsp full of sour cream over meat then add a thin layer of cheese. Then add layer of cooked lasagna noodles. Then repeat layers starting with meat. make several layers end with cheese.
Cook in a preheated oven at 350 for 30 to 45 mins until cheese is melted and lasagna is bumbling.
