Ingredients

    3.5 lb Corned beef, brisket (plus Corning seasoning packet)
    1 head Cabbage- med
    2 cup Chicken stock/broth

Tips

Add cabbage sooner or later depending on desired tenderness. You know how your slow cooker behaves, judge accordingly


Directions

Warm chicken stock with seasoning packet contents (I like to put them in a cheese cloth sachet so I can remove them before serving) in slow cooker while browning meat on all sides. Place in slow cooker. Cook on high for 4-5 hours, or low for 7-8 hours. Add chopped cabbage 1-2 hours before serving on high, or 2-3 hours before serving on low.

Serving Size: Makes ~12 1cup servings
