    4 Cup white flour
    1.75 warm water
    1 tsp salt
    1 egg
    1 jar sour cherries


Mic together flour, water, egg and salt. Make a dough. Kneed well. Lightly flour surface and roll out dough. Roll until a quater inch thick. Use large drinking glass ( or cookie cutter) to cut out rounds. Place 4 cherries in center of circles and wet fingers and crimp together in hlaf moons. Place on lightly floured surface to prevent sticking together. Boil pot of water and boil until they are all floating ( approx 5-10 minutes).
Optional not included in calores-add cooked salt pork and onions finely chopped and toss together.
