Ingredients

    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tbsp chopped Onions, raw
    1 tbsp Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 tbsp Celery, raw
    1 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach
    1 tbsp Grape Seed Oil
    .5 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, unsalted
    0.25 tsp McCormick Sea Salt (by BABY_GIRL69)
    0.5 gram McCormick Pure Ground Black Pepper (by PETTYINFO)

Directions

Sauté vegetables in the grape seed oil to desired texture, whip the eggs with a teaspoon of water and salt and pepper then pour into vegetables you can flip or fold once eggs cook through
