Ingredients

    1 tbsp olive oil
    1/2 cup chopped onions (one small)
    1 cup chopped apple (2 small)
    28 oz can diced tomatoes
    19 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    3 tbsp honey
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1tbsp flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Lightly oil a 1.5 quart baking dish. Heat olive oil in frying pan, cook onions 5 minutes, add apples, cook 5 more minutes. Remove from heat and add all remaining ingredients, sprinkling flour on top last. Sit, place in baking dish, Cover and bake 40 minutes.
