Introduction

A quick and easy meal that is full of protein and carbs for just when you're craving both! A quick and easy meal that is full of protein and carbs for just when you're craving both!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1-7.25 oz box of Macaroni & Cheese Dinner, prepared as directed
    1-15 oz can of sweet peas, drained
    1-5 oz can of chunk light tuna in water, drained
    1-4 oz can of Portabella mushrooms, drained
    1/2 cup of chopped Onions (about 1/4 of a medium onion)
    Salt and pepper to taste

Tips

If you tracking your sodium to add it to your tracker if you add salt to this. I didn't add any to mine.


Directions

1. Prepare the boxed macaroni and cheese according to directions.
2. Open and drain liquid from the peas, tuna, and mushrooms. Add to macaroni and cheese and mix well. Lower heat to medium-low.
3. Stir frequently and serve when all ingredients are heated.
Makes 6-1 cup servings
