    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. butter (2 sticks)
    1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips


Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Layer bottom of cookie sheet with saltine crackers, salt side up.

Combine 1 cup sugar and 2 sticks of butter. Boil 3 minutes, will be thick. Spread over crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 5-10 minutes.

While still hot, sprinkle chocolate chips and spread with knife. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight. Best when kept in refrigerator. Tastes like Heath Bars!
