This is an amazing treat for a diet. Simple too. Just mix and eat or mix, freeze, and eat. This is an amazing treat for a diet. Simple too. Just mix and eat or mix, freeze, and eat.

Ingredients

    - 1 Sugar Free Frozen Chocolate Popsicle
    - 2 Tbsp. Fat Free Whipped Topping (Frozen)
    - 2 Tbsp. All Natural Peanut Butter

Directions

This makes a single serving. You can make a larger one to share or put individual ones in ramekins, etc.

1) Remove sugar-free, frozen, chocolate bar from stick and into bowl
2) Add 2 Tbsp. each of all natural peanut butter and frozen sugar free whipped topping
3) Blend and enjoy or stick back into freezer for 5+ minutes for an even cooler treat.

I prefer crunchy peanut butter.
