    1 Onion, Chopped
    4 Cloves Garlic, Chopped
    1 - 1.30 Lbs Ground Beef (I used 85%)
    2 Cans Tomato paste
    3 Carrots, Chopped
    6 Potatoes, Cubed
    1 Bag Frozen Italian Blend Vegetables
    1 Cup Frozen Peas
    1 Cup Frozen Corn
    1 Packet Goya Sazon Seasoning
    1 Tbsp Goya Adobo Seasoning
    Pepper to taste


Cook chopped onion and garlic until tender. Add ground beef. Brown and drain fat. Add Tomato Paste, seasonings, carrots and potatoes, cover with water and bring to boil. Reduce to simmer and cook until tender. Add frozen vegetables and simmer until hot. This can cook as long as you like, the flavor will intensify by simmering away the afternoon.

One serving approx 1 1/2 cups. Makes approx 8 servings.
