Number of Servings: 16


    2 cups Flour
    1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
    1/3 cup Butter, unsalted, and cut into pieces
    1 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream


Mix the flour, sugar, and baking powder together in a bowl. Cut in the butter. Add the whipping cream and blend.

Pour out on a floured surface (waxed paper is what I usually use) Roll out to 1/2 inch. I use a 2 1/2 inch heart shaped cutter and it makes about 16 hearts. That's how this recipe is calculated for calories.

Place your scones on a greased baking sheet and bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Top with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
