Introduction

Ingredients

    340 gram(s) Beef - GV Extra Lean Ground Beef - 96% Lean - 4% Fat - 4oz(112g)
    3.75 cup Tomato Sauce
    3.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    2 tsp Chili powder
    1 tsp Paprika
    3.75 cup Bush's Chili Beans

Directions

Brown ground beef in the bottom of the pressure cooker. Sprinkle with onion powder and garlic powder to taste. Add 2 (15 oz) cans of tomato sauce, then 2 (15 oz) cans of water. Stir. Add the chili powder and paprika to taste. Put lid on pressure cooker, lock lid, bring to pressure and let simmer for 10 minutes. Bring down pressure quickly. Add 2 (15 oz) cans of Bush's Chili Beans (we use mild variety). Heat it up to simmering. Serve with crackers or bread.
